Job Titles are the stable reference used across all assignment fields (hazard owner, risk owner, control responsible, verified by, assigned reviewer). They never change when staff rotate.
Named Persons are optional overrides — enter as Job Title: Full Name (e.g. Safety Manager: Rugene Frost). When a named person exists for a title, their workload tab will match both the title AND their name. SAG/SRB entries like SAG Member: John Smith mean all SAG members see the shared controls, plus John gets them personally.
